Wholes & Halves of Beef

All animals are grass fed and finished. The average live weight will be 1250/lbs. Our pricing is based on the hanging weight which means that anywhere from 40-60% of the weight will be lost to bones, fat, hide and scraps. The prices include transporting, slaughter, and cutting & wrapping.

Our pigs are free range and also fed organic grain. The price is based on their hanging weight plus the processing cost (slaughter $60, transport $40, cut & wrap $180). All curing and sausage will be an added cost.
